El Capitan with Version 3.8.22

Options

I recently installed El Capitan on my mac and now 1password does not work properly. I cannot see what I am typing in any of the fields when I create a new password file. When I check for updates for 1password, it says I'm up to date. However, I've read there is a more recent version. Please help, what do I need to do to upgrade?

    Hi @BaileyQueue,

There is a more recent version of 1Password, one that will work beautifully in El Capitan. However, you won’t see it as an automatic update because it was a paid upgrade.

The good news is that you get a loyalty discount as an existing 1Password user! Just enter your current license information on our upgrade page to see your available discount. :)

I hope this helps, but if you have any questions, we’re here for you!
