What can I do after accidentally updating 1password 3 to 1password6 (on a mac)?

Hello,

I purchased 1password 3 on Juin 2013 from Agilebits. The product description is "1Password 3 for Mac, Single User License".

Recently, I accidentally updated it to:
1Password 6
Version 6.2.1 (621002)
AgileBits Store

After using it without problem for a couple of weeks, 1password 6 now shows me "trial expired" and asks me to add the license. I do have a license but not in the format of a file. I have two questions:

  • How can I add the license? And,
  • Do I need to pay for 1password 6?

Thanks for your help.

Z.

@zell: 1Password 6 is a paid upgrade from 1Password 3 and requires a license file. You can get upgrade pricing using your existing license.

But be sure to check your records. No need to pay for the upgrade again if you've already done so. Better safe than sorry! You'll have received an email receipt regardless of when you purchased it. I say this because I don't see any records under this address. If you're not sure, shoot us an email at support+licenses@agilebits.com and we'll help you look. Cheers! :)
