Does iCloud syncing have a web GUI feature like I can do with Dropbox syncing?

Sometime I access my passwords from guest computers and the ability to log into my Dropbox account and then log into my 1Password keychain is invaluable; instead of painstakingly looking at my phone repeatedly to read a 20-character password I can copy and paste from the 1Password GUI. Can I also do this with iCloud syncing?

    @twmayben There isn't a way to do this via iCloud. Unfortunately we also aren't able to do it via Dropbox anymore, either, due to changes in the way it handles files. You can find out more about that change here.
