When I login to 1Password on web, my vaults are empty

I am not sure what setting I have wrong, but my 1Password account at 1Password.com has my vaults but they are empty. I have over 800 logins on my computer and iPhone vaults. Any help?

1Password Version: 6.2.1
Extension Version: 4.5.6
OS Version: OS X 10.11.3
Sync Type: My mac to 1password.com

    I'm sorry that 1Password can be confusing sometimes! Were you already a 1Password user before subscribing to Families? If this is the case, have you gone through the migration process? Please let us know if this guide helps you or if we should dig deeper to fix this problem! :chuffed:
