  • Hi Digibeet ( @luckyme ),

Thanks for taking the time to write in!

Is the problem that the 1Password extension is not appearing within Safari? If so you can find instructions on enabling that here:

Enable the extension | 1Password for iOS

    I hope that helps!

    Hi Ben,

did exactly as in the manuel you send to me, but it isn't working.

The button s shows on de activitie line, but not when i am already in a site.

It isn't a great issue but makes 1p life much easier when it works.

any other ideas or what do i wrong?

    greatings

    Luck

  • @luckyme,

but not when i am already in a site.

I'm not sure I understand. Could you please try following this guide and let me know which step you get to where you start running into trouble?

Fill items in Safari | 1Password for iOS

    Please let us know. :)

I try too send two screen shots, it will not work as i want

It goes wrong in the first picture.

When I open safari the 1p button is available, as the first one, next to kopieer en druk af etc

I open a site with 1p (of course), push the figure with de arrow up, ip isn't there, the others are.

Hope i did make it clear for you,

    Lucky

  • Lucky,

If you are trying to login to sites within the 1Password app itself (not in Safari) you'll use the key icon next to the "arrow up" ("Share") icon:

2nd icon in from the right.

I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

@luckyme I just want to clarify what's happening here:

    1. You're visiting a website that requires you to sign in twice.
    2. When you sign in the first time, the 1Password for iOS extension appears and fills in your information correctly.
    3. When you go to sign in the second time, the extension doesn't appear as an option from the Share menu.

Is that the case, or am I misunderstanding?

It is not a big isseu nmott, but it is as you write.
1p opens a site in ios then i must log in in a personal page with name and password.
On the mac i do that manuel (is this a good word).
I go to the site om the mac and not on phone/ipad.

I try later again, now i destroi more then i make oke and i must travel now.

    Greatings

@luckyme thanks for confirming. If you can tell me what site this affects, I might be able to figure out what's happening. Can you let me know whenever you get the chance?

    Hi @luckyme,

I’m sorry it has taken us a while to reply to you here! I have an idea though that might help you out. From your earlier posts, it sounds like you also use 1Password on your Mac. Let’s try saving a new version of the Login there and see if that works better:

    Save a New Login Manually

    Hi @luckyme,

Well, for our team, 2 days is longer than we want to leave a user waiting for a response, but we appreciate your patience.

I hope you enjoy your travels, we’ll be here when you get home - hopefully we can get this straightened out. :)
