June 24, 2016 - I still have the issue of very, very, very slow opening of 1password. Is there a solution? I do not know what the above message of "Done, the support id is #XKR-38364-000."
@njstein: nmott's previous reply was in reply to remokoch. XKR-38364-000 doesn't appear to be a valid Support ID. If you've already sent us an email, just include your Support ID in your reply here and we'll take a look at it. Otherwise please generate a diagnostic report and send it to [email protected] so we can figure out what's causing trouble for you. Just be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
