Incomplete Sync

My 1Password vault (4.6.0.604 via Windows 10) currently contains 245 logins and 2 wallet items, but my Android app only shows 30 logins. I've made sure there isn't another vault being synced to, and my Firefox plugin seems to have access to all items. Any ideas what might be wrong and how to fix it?

My apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere.

Hi @rnadams2. Thanks for getting in touch with us today! :)

If the version number in your post is correct, then it looks like you're using our outdated version of 1Password for Android, 1Password Reader. We have a newer version out called 1Password 6, which is available in the Play Store. All of the same features that you have now on the Reader will remain free in 1Password 6, but there's also the optional in-app purchase of Pro features which will give you added capabilities.
    https://support.1password.com/pro-features-android/

Please open the Play Store on your device and install 1Password 6 from there, and then configure sync with your vault in Dropbox. Let me know if that solves the problem!

    Hi,
I am currently running 1 password on my MAC and android phone. I have full functionality on my MAC, but I have no logins and only one credit card that appear on my phone. I tried reinstalling the app and syncing with wifi, but no change.
I have the most uptodate version 6. On my phone I don't think it is registering that I have paid for the full version.

    Thank you,
    Michael

  • Hi @mikebike. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports from your Android device and your Mac:

    ---Android---
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/android.html

    ---Mac---
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+android@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
