License confusion

Hello,

So I purchased a Mac license from the Apple store in January 2016. Little did I realize that would be a mistake, as it seems that the license when purchased from the Agilebits store is much more robust. Essentially, I'd like to use 1password on my work computer (Windows). Your support section says that the license is assigned to the user, not the computer, but I don't believe I can just install the Windows app since my license is via the App store.

Any direction you can offer me?
