upload pic to family account

Just set up family account. I am unable to upload picture of the 'family' I have reduced the size of pic to less than 1MG. All it says when attempted is "failed to upload " Suggestions please . Thanks in advance. Fred

    Hi @derf,

    I'm sorry for the trouble. We're aware of an issue where the file size is incorrectly calculated. In most cases reducing the size to less than 700kb will allow the image to be uploaded.

    Thanks Ben.. Got it down to 500 KB's and worked fine.
