Is there a discount for transferring multiple individual accounts to team subscription?

Hi there - before learning about 1Pass for teams, we purchased at least 15 individual licenses for the desktop apps. If we begin paying the subscription based fee per team member, is there any way we could get this discounted for the first few months? Several of these licenses are only a few months old (none more than 1.5 years). Thanks!
