plugging my license in to 1 password on the pc and its saying invalid license. I received my license and its not working for my pc like it does on my ma

    Hi @dominopie,

    If you bought the license prior to March of this year, you would not have a license key that works in PC, it would only be for Macs. You would have to purchase the Windows license separately or more technically, the windows half of the new desktop license that covers both Mac and Windows. You can do so by going to the upgrade store here: https://agilebits.com/store/upgrade and enter your current license key.

    If you did buy a new license after March of this year, could you email us your license information at support+licenses@agilebits.com with a link to this thread and include your forum's username, so we can connect the dots.
