Access Control for Families?

Can someone confirm if my understanding of access control to vaults in 1Password for Families is correct?

Each member has exclusive read/write access to their Personal vault.
Each member has read/write access to the Shared vault, and this cannot be changed.
Only Family Organizers can create additional vaults and manage access control on them.
It is not possible to have a secondary private vault, since a Family Organizer can edit access control settings on that vault at any time.
