I have my license key. I also viewed the help on Account Key but it is of no use as I do not see the "Account Menu" to find "Get the Apps", nor can I find the "Emergency Kit".

    Thank you for reaching out! First of all, I am sorry for the confusion. It was never our intention to confuse you with our options.

    1Password license (which you have) and 1Password Accounts are quite different. You have Account Key and Emergency Kit only if you have 1Password Account. You can read more about the differences in this post on our forums:
