Can you Refund/Redirect my account purchase?

I followed the links in the Mac version of the software to purchase a license after trial. However, my family account is still showing as frozen. Based on other forum posts it sounds like I followed the purchase path to the wrong product. Can you correct my purchase information or refund my software purchase so I can properly subscribe my family account?

    No problem. I've refunded your license purchase so you can instead subscribe to 1Password Families. You would do that through the web interface for your family account:
