HELP ME - please!!! [trouble with Family account creation; continuing conversation through email]

I have purchased the laptop (mac) version of 1password. I now want to create a family account. EVERY time I attempt to create a family account, it stops me on the "Create master password" page. How does it stop me? No matter what password I enter, the continue button CONTINUES TO be grayed out.

As you can tell, I'm getting very frustrated. Please help me.

I've opened two tickets - one was not responded to. The second one was. Once the 1password rep responded to the second email, I entered the above info and have not yet received a response - its been at least 2 days....maybe 3.
