@vbristow: Thanks for reaching out! Can you tell me a bit more about what's "stopped working"? In particular, I have a few Chase accounts and haven't encountered issues there. Which URLs are giving you trouble? Also, be sure to let me know the extension and browser versions you're using. Thanks in advance! :)

I actually got the US Bank to work by reentering the login id. I misstated the CC accout it was actually my Capital one account. I got this error message from https://www.capitalone.com/ :

@vbristow: Thanks for letting me know that you were able to get US Bank working! And while you pulled a bit of a switch on me there, you're in luck: I have a Capital One account too! ;)

While the error you posted is for the website itself and is unrelated to 1Password, I can give you the rundown on how to use 1Password to save and fill login credentials at the Capital One website. Just follow these steps to save the login manually:

    1. Navigate to the this page to select the account type and get your login page: https://www.capitalone.com/sign-in/ — for example, for my credit card, my login page is here: https://verified.capitalone.com/sic-ui/#/esignin?Product=Card
    2. Enter your login credentials
    3. Click the 'keyhole' icon to bring up the extension
    4. Click the 'gear' icon for Settings
    5. Click Save New Login
    6. Give it a name and Save
    7. Close the webpage and select your new login from the extension to have 1Password Go & Fill
    8. Submit the form manually if you have autosumbit disabled
    9. (If applicable: Repeat to save and fill a new login for the second step)

I hope this helps. Please let me know how it turns out! :)
