I have a team member reporting this error - any ideas what might be causing this?

She was able to resolve this by clearing Safari cache and re-entering information.
Hi @stmyers! Thanks for the report. We just rolled out a new version, and it looks like she loaded the page before we rolled it out, so the server itself changed in the time in between. Reloading the page would have worked as well. Glad you got it sorted out.
