Overlapping keys on keyboard

I've run into a couple quirks on my Moto G XT1033..

  1. The 1Password keyboard has 2 keys ( _ and < ) overlapping witht the spacebar (see images) - it appears as though the size of the spacebar is incorrect as it resizes when a key is pressed & then resets to the overlap position.

  2. I migrated from 1Password4, and ever since, to unlock the mobile app i need to enter my account password, whereas for my pc i enter my original master password - is this by design? or a quirk of the migration from dropbox? or ?

edit: added mobile app version & typos

  • Hi @numpty. Thanks for getting in touch with us! :)

The first issue you brought up regarding the overlapping keys is one our developers are aware of. I'll pass your feedback regarding this issue along as well to bump it.

As to the second issue, 1Password will require the Master Password for the vault or account it was originally set up with. So if you set up 1Password on your PC with a local (Dropbox) vault, then it will require that Master Password to open all linked vaults and accounts. If you originally signed into your account without configuring Dropbox sync on Android, then unlocking 1Password will require your account Master Password instead.

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have more questions. Thanks!
