QR code scanning not working on desktop

  • Hi @pminne! I'm sorry about that. We're investigating why the thread got closed. I'd be happy to get the discussion going here. The great news is we just rolled out a fix for the + character being in an email address. That is what caused the QR code to not scan properly. We fixed it in the most recent release of 1Password Teams. Could you please try your QR code on the Get the Apps page now and let us know if it's working properly?
