Accidentally Created Vault Now Frozen

I have sent an email about this and not gotten your typically fast response, so I'm trying this.

I wanted to use the app on my phone and followed your directions about syncing (I got them via email from one of your employees). This created an extra vault, which I didn't want or need. I got directions about deleting it, which didn't work. Now that vault is frozen and wants billing information.

I own a standalone license and don't even need this vault, so I don't want to pay each month. But because I have passwords in that vault (I moved some to it not knowing that it would be frozen), I keep getting messages about updating my billing information, which is extremely annoying.

How can I get rid of this unnecessary vault (I've already copied all of the passwords into a different vault)?
