The app cuts off and kicks me out when I try to look up or enter a password.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry you're having some trouble. Can you provide some more information, so I can better assist you?

    • Which platform is this happening on? Mac, Windows, iOS, or Android?
    • What version of the 1Password app are you using? Or might you be referring to the **web app* in your browser at 1Password.com?
    • What do you mean by "app cuts off"? Could you please describe in as much detail as possible the steps you are taking, and what you are [not] seeing happen?

    I'm sure we'll get it sorted out. :)
