1 have purchased a 1Password license, but my account is now frozen. What do I do?

I recently switched to a new Macbook, and I guess I installed 1password... incorrectly?
Even though I added my license file to the app, I still only got 30 days of trial, and then my account got frozen.
I have paid $50 for a license, and still have both the paypal receipt and license file.

I tried installing the app from "homebrew cask" and from 1password.com
Who do I contact to fix this?

    @mminkov: Thanks for reaching out. You've come to the right place! I’m sorry for the confusion! A license purchase for the standalone 1Password app does not apply to a 1Password.com subscription. If you'd prefer to use the subscription service (to get access to all of the apps, the web interface, and not have to deal with licenses or sync configuration), that is a separate purchase. In that case, shoot us an email at [email protected] with a copy of your receipt and we'll see if there's something we can do for you there. :)
