How to remove iCloud lock for my iPhone 7 iOS 10

I just face a big problem to purchase an iPhone 7 with iOS 10, after changing my device sim card it show the lock status by Find My iPhone. How to solve this issue by myself? I can't reach the seller till now. Please help.

    @glo_barron: I don't believe it's possible, but I work for AgileBits, the makers of 1Password (the subject of this support forum), and not Apple. You'd really need to contact them for help with your Apple device lock.
