My 1Password account has quietly gone back to "trial mode"

Hi,

I have just discovered (by pure accident) that my 1Password account has gone back to trial mode - no warning, no email.

It's possible my subscription has expired I guess, but I really have no clue if it is that or a problem with the update that I have just installed.

Can a 1Password rep advise me?

    @JamesHenderson: It sounds like you may have signed up for multiple 1Password Accounts, purchased licenses, or both, and been using one while paying for the other. The best thing to do would be to shoot us an email from your registered address at support@1password.com with any receipts for your purchases and we'll help you get it all sorted out.
