Lost subscription period after convert to individual account

So I sign up to the family subscription today after getting the promotion code from my humble bundle.
I was able to see 366 remaining days on my billing page after sign up the account.

However, because I plan to use an individual subscription in long term, I decided convert my account to an individual account.
But after I convert the account, the remaining days said 30 days instead of 366 days.

There is 0 warning saying that I will lost those days when I do the conversion.

Now my questions is how can I get those extra 330 days back?
