My account is frozen and it said that my trial has ended. However I've purchased the license for this app since June 2016. I've emailed your support team but there's been 2-3 days without anything except an automated email saying they've received my email. And why is it asking me to subscribe? Does it mean 64$ that I've paid is only for half a year?
