Sync Mac and I phone

I can use I password on my MacBook Air but cannot sync to app I downloaded to my IPhone. Some vaults did come through. However, when I log into my bank with it's app, the password does not fill in. Any suggestions?

    H @bblake45 - Thanks for getting in touch! If the vaults came through it sounds like sync as such is actually working. The issue you describe might rather be one where 1Password can't fill your log in information. Please try the troubleshooting tips mentioned in this knowledge base article. Let me know if this helps. :)
