Need a license key for my paid account

I have a paid account and my 1password says I am in demo mode. I was never sent a license key. When I use the feature to resend the license key, nothing happens. How do I get a license key sent to me?

    I am having the same problem, my account is frozen. I have requested my license key, and it still isn't coming in. I have paid for it on my phone and on my computer. Full licenses. Any help would be appreciated.
