My account is frozen, but I can't get rid of it for some reason

    My account is frozen and apparently has been deleted but still shows up in my preferences on my Mac. I started a new account from scratch and can not access it from my laptop because the old one is still in my preferences. It doesn't allow me to log out or do anything. I'd really like to use this product but I'm at a standstill because I can't find a resolve for this issue.

    Hi @lauratabolsky - Thanks for letting us know about the issue. If the account is still in the Preferences, you should be able to sign out of it. On the Accounts tab in Preferences there is a Sign out button. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like on my Mac:
