Can't edit manual sign-in form.

New tablet, Galaxy Tab A, Android 6.01. Installed the app, went to do manual sign-in (wanted to scan, but got a system error saying it wasn't supported in this context). The form appears, with the example values in gray. Keyboard comes up, cursor is in field, but won't accept any input (true for all fields). In other words, the form is disabled.

@roya, thank you! I just set the app permission, and was able to scan the QR and log in. Much appreciated.
