Hi,
I am in the first days of my free trial but already a fan. I wanted to try it out and get to know the service before I invite my wife. I first cerated a stand alone account but could not get my info on my iDevices. Now I have a family account but can still not get the information to sync. What am I doing wrong?

    It seems that you now have two separate 1Password accounts. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your devices, so we could take a look at your current setup. Here is how you can do that:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports

    Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your them in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
