Three-item login instead of only password and username

1Password is not able to fill in my Last name on American Airlines website although I have added this information into my 1Password Login.

    Hi @wdahnert,

    After saving a Login item for American Airlines homepage (https://www.aa.com) through your web browser, it should be able to fill all three fields in the form:

    Normally 1Password will prompt to save a new Login:

    I am using Safari and it worked as described by creating a new Login.
    I was trying to manually correct an incomplete existing Login.
    The new LogIn comes up with different webworm details creating names like loginId and lastName on the fly, which a user could not possibly guess.
    Thanks for your help!
    Lesson learned: Valid Login information is automatically created by 1Password. Do not attempt to do it yourself!
