I'm having problems with "how do I change a password I have forgotten to the one I use on 1Password" ?

  • Hi @gunzupm60 - Thank you for reaching out to us. Sorry for the troubles. I refunded you for the duplicate purchase of our standalone license. You should receive the refund with 10 business days. In order to keep your Individual account active, you have to associate a credit card to the billing page. - https://support.1password.com/1password-com-billing/

    Did you forget your master password to login into the Individual account online? If so, we can send you over a link to delete it since you didn't get a chance to add any data to the account. Then you can start with a clean slate. Let me know if that works for you or if you have any additional questions :-)
