Problem with account

My account works on my Mac Mini and my iPad but not my MacBook. I tried to use 1Password for web browser but it shows no saved passwords. I originally emailed support on Saturday and again early this morning and still have not received a response....

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID. Please post that ID here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
