Not responding to my email


3 days ago I sent an email regarding lost Account key through 1password's website and still haven't gotten a response. As I've read in a couple of threads here, your email responses sometimes don't deliver and need to be re-sent. I'm just checking if that's the case here, or should I wait a bit more if you haven't handled my issue yet.
