Chrome Extension does not connect to 1Password on my new laptop for Windows 10 Pro

Hi Support.

I am a new user and installed App on all devices - Mac/Android - looks perfect. However my laptop with Win 10 Pro does not behave as expected.

I cannot make the Chrome extension recognize I have a 1Password Soft installed. It keeps saying ' looking for 1Password Helper' service.

Steps undertaken:
1. Installed/Uninstalled both Extension and App
2.Checked Firewall Setting
3. Checked Proxi settings

Would appreciate help in this respect?

    Thank you for using 1Password! :+1: We are here to help, so you did the right thing by reaching out.

    I wonder if you used this guide on our website to check your firewall and proxy settings? If not, please do it now, it will help you configure them to work with 1Password. If it is not enough, and 1Password still can't connect to the extension, please elaborate, are you using any kind of anti-malware software on your PC?

    I am sure we will figure it out together, so I will be looking forward to your reply. :)
