I try to sign in with the Secret Key from my Emergency Kit and it says it is the wrong one.

    Hi @KaySonneland! I'd be happy to help out. Your Secret Key is saved wherever you sign in, so let's look for it in the apps if you've signed in to them:

    Find your Secret Key in the apps

    If not, open https://my.1password.com in the browser you used to sign up and try signing in there. If that doesn't work, please send an email to support+forum@agilebits.com and we'll help you delete your account so you can start over. Post back here with the confirmation code you get so we can get back to you even faster :)
