Moving from individual to family account

I did the 1password free trial for 6 months and then became a paying customer. My girlfriend did likewise but has not purchased the license yet (her vaults are "frozen" and she can't no longer access them). I'd like to turn my individual account into a family account and include my girlfriend (and her vaults). How can I do this? Thank you.
