Unable to enter password on iphone

Hi,
Ive been using onepassword with no trouble for over a year but just recently I cannot enter master password on iphone app.
It freezes on same letter each time. I can delete and reinstall the app and it will open the very first time but then the problem begins again.
My password is quite long but I have never had problems before and I can still open it the first time the app loads and connects with vaults.

I am not sure if it coincided with an software update but currently on 10.2.0
