1Password extension.

Every few days when I click on the 1Password extension in the menu, it opens a video explaining how it works. Can I stop this?
It's annoying ... I've written about it before, but never got a response.
Can anyone help?

    Greetings @rschiavo,

Before we can really get into the troubleshooting we're going to need a few details as a base for the conversation.

    1. What operating system do you use and what version?
    2. What version of 1Password do you have?
    3. What browser(s) do you use with the 1Password extension?
    4. What version of the 1Password Browser Extension is installed?

There may be more questions or we may ask you to send in a diagnostic report but these questions are a good starting point and we can proceed from there

    Hi @rschiavo,

The extension is at least up to date and your browser choice of Safari eliminated one possibility I was considering that was based around Firefox. Here is what I would like you to do for us please.

    1. Update 1Password. It's a couple of updates behind as we're at 6.6.4 now but I don't believe this is the cause.
    2. Restart your Mac.
    3. Launch 1Password and unlock your vault.
    4. Launch Safari and click the 1Password Browser Extension button.

If the issue appears instantly I would like you to create a diagnostic report. If it doesn't, can you use your Mac as normal and wait for the issue to return and then create a diagnostic report please. This link will guide you through the steps.

The email address you will want to use is support+extension@agilebits.com.

Once you've sent the report please post the ticket ID here. You will receive this in the automated reply that you should receive.

I see we're already in communication via email, so we can continue there. Just be sure to check your spam filter if you're not receiving some emails from us. We are receiving yours at least. :)
