Sees my setup code but will not verify account.

I have created an account. Paid for individual membership and received emergency pdf. When trying to activate (either through scan or manually) on any device (mac, iPad, iPhone), it tells me it cannot verify my account and therefore I cannot transfer my data nor use on any device. Tried trashing and reinstalling lastest vervsion of app and mini app, no difference. Also restarted between trash and reinstalling. Any ideas?
