Vault icon disappearing

I'm attempting to use the feature to have icons for the various vaults in our family account. From the web UI, I choose Admin Console->Vaults. From there, I click on a Vault and choose Edit. I then click on the default lock icon to edit, select my image, crop, and Upload. Finally I click Save. This seems to work, but then after a period of time, the icon disappears.

So far, I'm only trying this in the web UI using Chromium 57.0.2987.98 on Ubuntu 16.04.

Am I doing something wrong? The UI seems pretty straight forward. Is this a bug?
