Can't access Password on my iPad

Suddenly this morning I can't access my 1Password account on my ipad. AFAIK, I have 1Password synced with my Apple MBA, iPhone 7 and iPad and it's been working great up to now. When I enter my creds to 1Password on my iPad, it accepts them and them pops up "Settings" page where it shows the same number of items (198) on all 3 devices, but I can only open 1Password on my MBA and iPhone.

When I click on sync on my iPad, it appears to sync, but I can't get off this Settings page.

  • OS versions above, 10.12.4 for MBA, iOS 10.3.1 for iPad and IPhone. Sync done with LAN. NEVER mind. I just click on the "file" icon on my iPad and I'm back in the regular screen.
