    Greetings @Razzle,

For Safari can you see if 1Password Safari Extension 4.6.4 not working [4.6.5 now available!] helps at all. We did have issues with 4.6.4 on Safari and once we were confident we'd determined the cause we released 4.6.5.

For Chrome can you try the following please.

    1. In Chrome visit chrome://help/ and check to see if Chrome reports "Google Chrome is up to date." If it doesn't follow the prompts and repeat this until Chrome does say it is up to date.
    2. Check to ensure 1Password is up to date. If you use the Mac App Store version of 1Password this will be in the "Updates" tab of the App Store application. If you use the AgileBits Store version of 1Password this will be in "1Password > Check for Updates...". Update if required. It would seem you are up to date given the version you reported though.
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. Open 1Password and unlock your vault.
    5. Open Chrome and try to use the 1Password Browser Extension.

If the issue is still present then please do send in a diagnostic report created after the steps. The email address you will want to use is support+extension@agilebits.com.

Once you've sent the report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it and we'll see what we can learn.
