Old License / New 1Password.com account

Hi there,
I have a pretty ancient license for 1Password which I use on my main Macbook Pro (work only use) and the Macbook Air (private only use). I just replaced the Air with a new MacBook but upon installing 1 Password I cannot restore my Pro purchases on the new laptop. I thought to set up a new 1Password.com account (which I did), but I am not sure how I can convert my purchased license into a paid subscription. Is there a way to do that, or do I have to buy a new subscription plan despite me owning a license?
Thanks,
Uli

@ulib2010: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! 1Password for Mac does not have a "Pro" version or free version; only the mobile apps have Pro features that can be unlocked this way.

While a standalone 1Password license is not valid for a 1Password.com membership, shoot us a copy of your receipt at [email protected] from your account's registered email and we'll see if there's something we can do to help. Just post the Support ID you receive here. Thanks in advance! :)
