Not syncing properly

  • When I subscribed to 1password, $3.99/mo, my iPhone and my iPad have not synced properly. I feel around filing the suggestions on this website and I got my iPad all items saved to my iPhone and I now have duplicates. But I am on able to sync my iPad as there is no sync button. Also I have two accounts on my iPhone. Primary and personal. I need help sorting this out.

    Hi @spider1944,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    It sounds like you may have missed the step in the migration guide about removing the Primary vault. :) Please first back this vault up using these instructions:

    1Password backups

    Note: If you do not have a computer, you can simply skip all of the steps that involve a computer. You'd just do step 1.

    Then delete the Primary vault. This can be done in 1Password under Settings > Vaults > Primary > Delete Vault.
