How do I reverse signing up for the family app I didn't realize it was going to charge me money! I was extremely happy and content with the 1st one. Thank uiu

    Hi @jenwhip33 - Yes, 1Password Families is a subscription based account. We include quite a few benefits with 1Password Families: all the 1Password apps are included for every platform in addition to future paid upgrades, web access, item recovery, auto-sync and backups, plus you get to invite 5 family members to join the account and they receive all the same benefits. If you decide it's not the right fit for you, please follow the steps in this guide in order to migrate your data back to your Primary vault. Then you can continue using 1Password just as you were before.
