Secure Notes titles exposed without password - Safari Extension

Good morning guys,

I'm quite concerned about a security issue I've been having. The 1Password Safari Extension exposes my entire Secure Notes list, only the titles though, but it still shouldn't be possible. Please see attached screen shot.

Any idea how to prevent this?

    Hi @Jonathan Klasén,

    The extension you are using is a few versions out of date. Could you please try installing the latest version from here and see if that helps?

    Thanks for your reply. Extension Version 4.6.8 has been installed, but the problem remains I'm afraid.

    Hi again Ben,

    I also reinstalled the entire 1Password app and it seems to have solved the issue. I'll let you guys if the issue occur again.
