    Even tried to make a demo vault and switch to primary but doesn't work

    @Rihcus: I've split you off into a separate discussion in the Mac category of the forums since you don't seem to be using Windows. Just to clarify, there isn't a "free version" of 1Password for Mac. Perhaps your trial has expired. In that case, you won't be able to make changes to the data. You also won't be able to empty the Trash from All Vaults, only when you have a single vault selected. Does that help?
