Filling in does not work on https://www.employeeexpress.gov/Default.aspx

in 1Password in the Browser

I have filled in the login and pass https://www.employeeexpress.gov/Default.aspx and then saved the new login as well as entered the data, logged in and then saved it, but each time 1Password fails to subsequently fill the form correctly.

1Password Version: 6.8 680014
Extension Version: 4.6.9
OS Version: 10.12.6
Sync Type: iCloud
